On May 19, 2023, H.E. Mr. Mohammed Rachad Bouhlal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of Morocco, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Takafumi Sakai, President of Saitama University (SU).

During the courtesy call, in addition to Ambassador Bouhlal and President Sakai, Dr. Hideo Ichihashi, Vice President for International Affairs and Global Education, SU, Dr. Motoi Kato, Advisor and fellow, SU, Dr. Masato Saito, Professor of Graduate School of Science and Engineering, SU, and Dr. Makoto Nagasawa, Associate professor of Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, SU actively exchanged information on future exchange between the two countries.
