Undergraduate Programs

* Classes and examinations in the Faculties’ undergraduate programs are conducted in Japanese. Saitama University does not have a Department of Japanese,  or offer a course for Japanese Language study, where students can learn Japanese. Thus, students need to have sufficient Japanese language skills before entering the undergraduate programs of Saitama University. Likewise, there is no course at the undergraduate level, through which students can obtain a degree in English.


Faculty of Liberal Arts

Educates students to be aware and understand diverse cultures and values while acquiring a profound insight into humanity. Trains individuals to be able to identify and solve problems that contemporary cultures and societies face.
