1. Apply through the “Scholarship Application Sheet” on the website
Deadline: April 15(Sat), 2023　
Submit to: Foundation website
*Applicants should email the Office of International Affairs(ryugaku@gr.saitama-u.ac.jp).
The title of the e-mail should be “Mabuchi International Scholarship, Report of Application/Student ID Number & Your Name”.

2. Those who pass the first round of selection submit the required documents to the Office of International Affairs
Deadline: April 25(Tue), 2023 4:00 p.m
Submit to: counter of Office of International Affairs

3. After the internal review, the documents will be returned along with letters of recommendation so submit the required documents to the Foundation
Deadline: May 9 (Tue), 2023
Submit to: Mail to the Foundation

Applicants who pass the first screening must submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs by 4:00 p.m. on April 25(Tue).

1. Scholarship Application Form (sent by e-mail from the Foundation after the first screening)
2. Certificate of enrollment
3. health certificate (issued within the past year)
4. parents’ income certificate (for details, please refer to the Foundation’s website “応募～認定の流れ”)
5. Documentation proving the amount and duration of other scholarships to be awarded after April 2023
6. Photocopies of both sides of the residence card
7. 1st year students: For those who have paid the entrance fee, a copy of the receipt or bank transfer form.
    Sophomore: Transcript of the first year
