Saitama Information & Support (SIS)「外国人総合相談センター埼玉/がいこくじんそうごうそうだんせんたーさいたま」provides consultations and information in 13 languages for foreigners living in Saitama Prefecture. In addition to general life consultations, we offer specialized consultations with experts on labor issues, immigration procedures, legal matters, and welfare.
We also provide telephone interpretation services to facilitate conversations between foreign residents and staff at public institutions in the prefecture, such as municipal offices and hospitals, based on requests from these institutions.
