The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows after taking measures to prevent infection with the COVID-19 virus. Please note that it may change depending on the spread of infection. If there are any changes, we will let you know on this page.

１．Eligible to attend the graduation ceremony
Students who have graduated from undergraduate faculty, and students who complete Master’s program, Doctoral program, or Professional Degree program

※ We also have seats for family members.However, please note that family members may be restricted from visiting the venue depending on the spread of infection.

２．The date and time
Date: Thursday, March 24, 2022
Time: 13:30 (Reception starts at 12:30, Entry before 13:20)

※ In order to prevent infection with the COVID-19 virus, all visitors are required to register their seating positions on the day of the ceremony.
　On the day of the ceremony, we will distribute a seat registration form (sample), so please register on the website using your smartphone or fill out the form directly and register your seat number and contact information.

Saitama Super Arena – Main Arena Hall（8 Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama-shi）

４．Notices
●Please use public transportation when you come to the venue.
●As a result of the temperature measurement at the reception, you cannot enter if it is over 37.5 degrees. Also, please refrain from coming if you have symptoms of cold other than fever.
●Please wear a mask to prevent infection.
●Please use “COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (abbreviation：COCOA) ” of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare at the request of Saitama Prefecture.
