Saitama University will be closed for the Year-End and New Year holidays as follows.

Holiday Period： December 25 (Thu.) – January 4 (Sun.)

・All administrative services, including counter services, will be unavailable during the period above. Please note that the automatic certificate issuing machine will also be out of service.
・Mail sent to the university during this period will be held at the post office. Delivery to the university will resume on Monday, January 5.
・During this period, university and department brochures will be available at the security office located next to the main gate.
