Closure of Student Center Administration in response to COVID-19

Saitama University Students,

In response to the declaration of the state of emergency by the Japanese government and of Saitama Prefecture’s emergency measure, Saitama University has restricted the entry of students to the campus since April 9 in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.

On May 25, 2020, the Japanese Government declared an end to the state of Emergency. Although the university have decided to close all administrative counters in the Student Center from April 15 (Wed) to May 6 (Wed)  May 31(Sun)  June 7 (Sun) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 viral transmission and prepare for the reopening.

We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
