The COVID-19 infection was placed in infectious disease of “Class 5” on 2023 May 8. To prevent the spread of infection on campus, for the time being, if you are infected with COVID-19, please report to Saitama University by following form, regardless of whether you refrain from going out. Students are also asked to report to their instructors in charge of their classes.
