The Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows. If there are any changes, we will let you know on this page.

１．Eligible to attend the Entrance ceremony

New students who entrance for Undergraduate faculty, Master’s program, Doctoral program, and Professional Degree program

We also have seats for family members.

２． The date and time

Date: Wednesday, April 2, 2025
Time: The ceremony will begin at 1:30 PM. (Reception starts at 12:30 PM. please enter by 1:20 PM. The ceremony is expected to end around 3:00 PM)

３．Venue

Saitama Super Arena-Main Arena(8 Shintoshin,Chuou-ku,Saitama-shi)
(3-minute walk from JR Saitama-Shintoshin station)

４．Notices

Please use public transportation when you come to the venue.
