On the afternoon of March 28, 2025, the magnitude over 7 earthquake occurred in the central area of Myanmar, causing extensive damage over a wide area including neighboring countries.

 We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the many victims of the earthquake. We sincerely hope for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.
