Saitama University will be closed for year-end and New Year holidays during the period below. Your understanding and cooperation would be appreciated.

・All offices will be closed during the period above. Please note that the automatic certificate issuing machine is not available during this period.

・Mail sent to our university during the period mentioned above will be handled as post office keeping. Please note that delivery to our university will be on Monday, January 6th.

・During this period, you can receive the leaflets of the university and department at the security office next to the main gate.
